You save $5 each monthMonthly ($20/month): You pay immediately when you sign up and receive your first invoice for the current month. After that, you'll receive a new invoice on the 1st of every month. If you sign up on the 28th, you will still receive your next invoice on the 1st — billing is calendar-month based, not anniversary-based.
Annual ($15/month): The same rules apply — you pay immediately on sign up and then on the 1st of each month at the discounted rate. The annual plan is a 12-month commitment. If you cancel before your 12 months are up, you'll be charged an early termination fee equal to the discount you've received so far (the difference between the $15 annual rate and the $20 monthly rate for every month you've been subscribed).
We'll set you up with a 14-day free trial key — no credit card required. At the end of the trial you'll have the option to keep your key by subscribing to either the $20/month plan or the $15/month annual plan.
What do I need to get started?
A Slack workspace and a website. After payment you'll receive an API key and login credentials by email. Paste one script tag on your site and you're live.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). GST of 15% applies to NZ-based customers.
Can I add more websites later?
Yes. Each website needs its own API key. You can buy additional keys from your dashboard at any time.
When will I be billed?
You pay immediately when you sign up and receive an invoice for the current month. After that, invoices are generated on the 1st of every month. Billing is calendar-month based, so signing up on the 28th still means your next invoice arrives on the 1st — just a few days later.
What happens with the annual plan?
You commit to 12 months and pay monthly at the discounted rate of $15/month instead of $20. Billing follows the same calendar-month cycle as the monthly plan. If you cancel before your 12 months are up, you'll be charged an early termination fee equal to the discount you've received — i.e. $5 per month for every month you've been subscribed.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Click "Start free demo" above and we'll provision a free account with a 14-day trial key. No credit card required. When the trial ends you can choose to subscribe to the $20/month plan or the $15/month annual plan to keep your key active.
How do I cancel?
Contact us any time. Monthly plans can be cancelled immediately — you won't be billed again after the end of the current month. Annual plans are subject to the early termination fee described above.
